Medical Certificate

to partecipate to every Italian sport event, the Italian State Law has fixed important mandatory dispositions (cfr. DM 18/02/1982; DM 24/04/2013 and follow.).

If you have partecipate to AIMA ROMA 2019, probably your certification is still valid! The deadline is 365 days after the issuing date.

 

Here follows the guidelines to be allowed to join AIMA ROMA 2020.

Summary: if you want just to follow classes and sparring, you must have a "medical certificate for fitness"; if you want to join competitions also, your must have a "sport medicine test for competitive activities". Therefore to partecipate to AIMA ROMA 2020, you must follow one of the following option:

1) SPORT COMPETITIVE CERTIFICATION by YOUR COUNTRY

You have to make the following exams, in English, and bring all the results and the certificate with you to AIMA Roma 2020:

a) urine test
b) blood pressure
c) ECG - echo and stress test
d) spirometry

2) MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FOR FITNESS (NOT COMPETITIVE)

For E.U. citizen, the test required are the same; so you can do it in your Country and bring it with you here.

3) For the NOT E.U. PARTECIPANTS:

since the tests required for the medical certificate of fitness, unfortunately, are differents from the E.U. ones, we must request for all the activities the tests for the SPORT COMPETITIVE CERTIFICATE (so the option a) or b).

 

The good news is that the above certifications will last one year (365 days) from the date of release; so you will be allowed join all of the following Italian events up to a year.
